Cannot allow transaction from pancake swap since the confirm button is greyed out. Tried editing the permission but still no luck.
Anybody please help me out.

I have the same issue, have USDT but no ETH. Do I have have to have ETH for swaps? Do the dApps only accept ETH and not convert other tokens to ETH for gas prices?
The quick solution is to use another browser. This happened to me on Brave, and I switched to a browser called netbox and it worked fine. For my friend was using brave and the same thing happened. He switched to firefox and it worked fine.
The key with these things is to stay flexible with your browser. If one browser does not work be ready to try another one.
