Please ignore the messages about upgrading your wallet to layer 2 and contacting someone through WhatsApp, they are scammers! 
The issue with Cronos network seems to be happening to multiple people, so it is likely that it’s a temporary issue happening with Cronos network. Keep me updated if it still seems to be down!
