Dollar balance not shown on import token

Hi guys, i have partecipated to a presale on piksale. After endind i claim my tokens.

I have imported adress token on my metamask wallet but also if i see to transaction on BSCscan, the dollar balance is hidden.

Is it normal?

How can i solve this?

I don’t know this MetaMask mobile app show dollar… even if you use a BSC network.
