Eth cannot be collected or sent from wallet to coinbase

The whole of the Ether part of my Metamax wallet has gone crazy, the use max link and the Next button do not work, I have working capital in my account and I cannot get it out.

How do I get my money?

I have sent Ether to that account and it’s not showing there.

I cant transfer it, maybe I’m just a thicko?

I’ve tried everything but it just says DUPLICATE ACCOUNT and it won’t transfer??

Luigi, Luigi, Luigi… I did many times, the actual problem was the wallet needed updating,

it was opened in 2017, so there :stuck_out_tongue:
