ETH to BNB on Smart Chain Network

Hi All,

I have ready a lot of posts and not sure where it best fits
I used Binance Bridge to send ETH to BNB to MetaMask. I think I stuffed the Smart Chain address as BNB never appeared

So I added a Token - and found my transaction but now it adds it as ETH in the Smart Chain - If I try to now swap ETH to BNB it always tells me I need more BNB

How possible can I change my ETH to BNB - happy to go back to Binance Bridge, but given I stuffed it once, I am now nervous.

Oh my endeavour is to by some tokens from Pancake swap - I tried to buy using ETH it says it must Transfer to BNB and then buy, but when MetaMask comes up it won’t allow me to approve the transaction and its greyed out.

Super pleased if someone knows either way to get my pancake swap purchase

To transfer your ETH to BNB, you will need BNB in your wallet to pay for gas fees on Binance Smart Chain.
