Just swapped some ETH for ELAND (Etherland) via Ledger Hardware Wallet/Metamask and yet after 3 hours it still has not shown up in Ledger Live? It shows up in Metamask and I have even tried sending it to my Ledger wallet but its a no show…? Any help appreciated…

It sounds like you swapped using tokens in your MetaMask wallet, not your Ledger. You can send your tokens from your MetaMask wallet to your Ledger with steps found here.
You can always check the txid on etherscan.io and confirm which account/address the tokens are in.
