The money (0.5 ETH) is being sent to L1 wallet address ending 3ed1. You need to claim this money by revisiting starkgate official bridge website by completing the transfer if you have used starkgate official bridge. The fund has not still reached L1 wallet. So, if you used official bridge:

1. Go to official starkgate bridge
2. Connect both your L1 wallet and L2 wallet that was used in withdraw transaction
3. Complete transfer by paying fees in ETH mainnet
4. If you have any issue in this kindly contact starknet discord server or third party bridges if you used any
