I have been trying to withdraw SNX (Synthetix) to my Celsius wallet; but, the transaction has failed 4 times! Every time the transaction fails, Metamask makes money. I can see that my ETH balance decreases. In other words: this wallet has an incentive for the transaction to fail! Can someone help me get out of this nightmare? I think I made a mistake transferring SNX to this wallet. How much do I have to pay to get it out of this wallet?
A frustrated user that doesn’t want to keep putting money in the pocket of the creators of Metamask.
I’m having the same issue except not on Ethereum, I’m on Matic. I’ve submitted a log to Metamask Support with a detailed file attachment, hopeful that they reply, suspect they don’t work weekends though, despite Crypto being 24/7.
I don’t have any failed transactions or pending transactions on PolygonScan either, everything has gone through fine. But now when i try to submit a transactions it just sits there as ‘Pending’ for a few hours and then fails.
I’ll update this if i hear anything, in the hope that it can help you too.
