Failed transfers of BAS coins to another MetaMask wallet

Help please! Every time I try to transfer BAS coins to another metamask wallet it fails, and still charges me the gas fee! I don’t know what to do I’ve tried increasing the GWEI and Gas Limit and still wont push thru with the transfer.
