Hi, a site metamaskclaim dot io was displayed via Twitter Advert when I was on twitter for MetaMask news and then I clicked on it to get Airdrop $MASK. When I connected my Wallet it drained my USDC and USDT. What can I do about it? Please help if anyone knows what I can do? Thanks

I just lost a lot of funds from a phishing scam. I followed a link and connected my wallet to dappradar. land instead of dappradar. com. How is is possible that someone can drain the funds from your account by simply connecting to a Web3 site? How do we force MetaMask to only allow transactions we approve? What if a legit Web3 site gets hacked, the hacker can drain all our funds?
Hey @AndyJ, sorry to hear this has happened. Simply connecting to a Web3 site is not a risk to having your funds drained.
