Help get my tokens back

i sent armor token from my trust wallet to my MetaMask account but nothing has come and I changed my network to bnb now can’t get back on to my eth account that had my armor token on and when I try add armor back on my MetaMask wallet it dont work

@Elon5 I can see the transaction on ether scan but can’t add armor token to my metamask wallet even tho I had it on my wallet before I change the network to smart chain
