The local records in metamask will be cleared, but it will not affect any records in the chain. However, before any operation, we must first back up the secret key to avoid irreversible losses caused by various reasons. Resetting the account can help you clear the stuck transactions.

When the previous transaction has not been completed, do not proceed to the next transaction. Wait patiently for completion. If it has not been completed for a long time, you can try to improve gas. If the improvement of gas is invalid, you can reset the account.
