I apologize if this has been covered but i cant seem to find instructions anywhere. My nephew in SA purchased and sent me XRP to my MetaMask wallet. I received it as WRAPPED XRP. If i decide to sell, can i sell while wrapped? If not, can someone please help me with instructions on how to unwrap this? Thank you VERY MUCH!

exchange it for Ethereum
and you can sell Ethereum anywhere 
or send to some exchange.
Or you can buy some stablecoin

There may not be such a pair, try doing it on a 1inch/Uniswap
