I bought an nft 4 days ago and it still pending..?

I bought an NFT with AVAX 4 days ago but it still says “pending” neither i can cancel it or speed up.
There is a gas problem about metamask but i dont know why is that.

Also because of it didnt claimed , i cant see hash on avax network

I have enough AVAX on avax network and its gas price is too low.
