I can't withdraw the token from Dcoin to my metamask wallet

Hi metamask team!
I couldn’t withdraw the POC token from my metamask wallet…i keep receive the address wrong. I added the contract of the token also.

This is my metamask address:
etherscan(.)io/token/0xd9fB3d3680Ea5982703765ff933189f8F2f7CD9B

and this is the token contract:
etherscan(.)io/token/0xb00028dea41b6b09bb263ac367a5c3ddfbda23fb

Please help me :’(
