You restore your wallet after installing it, with your Secret Recovery Phrase which you should have saved securely offline for future use. Then you connect the wallet to OpenSea and you should be able to check your account, considering it’s the same wallet and account.

Hi there, I believe it was saved on my old laptop which I don’t have access to any longer. Is it possible to retrieve the secret recovery phrase any other way?
If that’s the case, then unfortunately no. You need the Secret Recovery Phrase to access your wallet.
