I missing all of my DIS

I was about to send a DIS token to MEXC when I got the error in the image below and uninstalled and reinstalled the app as advised. Now there are no DIS tokens and not even any transactions in my wallet and I have lost everything. Help me please

First, search your address on the block explorer to see whether you can find your tokens. Check to see if there are any unknown transactions as well.
