I cannot get any help from Kucoin and it has been over a week since I made the mistake. It is a lot of money to me. Does anyone know how I can get it back? It says that the transaction was successful but it cannot be because Kucoin does not accept BTC. I am new to this and scared to death. Please help me if you can. I would sure appreciate it.
What you said is too simplistic, and no one can help you. You need to specify where you sent the BTC and through which chain.
