I Sent Usdt from nexo to metamask ethereum mainnet, i can't get money back

Good Morning . I sent 500 USDT from nexo to metamask mainnet ethereum .
Now i am try to send money to everywhere but the "next” button does not work, its greyed out. i tryed 1 usdt, 50 usdt, 500 usdt and nothing is going on. Only if i write 501 usdt a red line say insufficient token.
Anyone know a way to get back my 500 usdt?

I have the exact same problem. Can send eth but can’t send any other token (including usdc, which I’m trying to). Maybe we need more eth to cover gas fees, but I don’t think that’s the issue.

@anulu I recommend trying the same in full screen mode. Click on MetaMask, then click the 3 dots on the top right, then click expand view.

Or try this https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038139452-MetaMask-states-my-Balance-may-be-out-of-sync-

Last option :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: try the metamask wallet on another browser.

Yes please ensure there’s enough ETH to cover gas fees. Sometimes, user have USDT but no ETH.

The answer depends on the network. https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059562111-How-to-estimate-the-gas-fee

support helped me Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to Metamask support!

Transfers between networks cannot be done directly from metamask. To send the tokens to the BSC network, you will have to use the Binance bridge. How to use Binance Bridge with MetaMask to get BNB in the BSC

Before sending the funds from the Ethereum network, please make sure you have enough ETH to pay for the gas fees.
