How can I identify when a user has begun to connect their MM wallet but doesn’t hit Confirm?

When I confirm the page this is what I see.

When user clicks “Connect wallet”, does not Confirm connection in MM popup,and clicks “connect wallet” a 2nd time. I want to programmatically detect the 2nd “connect wallet” click. What property exists to do this? Thanks
