Incorrect memo BNB

I have problem . When I try to transfer money from the exchange to MetaMask wallet with BNB
I inserted the address of MetaMask wallet correctly
but I inserted the Memo with the word “Memo”
I contact the exchange they told me to contact MetaMask
Do we have the way to recover it ?

Thanks Ryan1 I got the money back. BNB is returned to my wallet .
But It took the time around 2 hour after I did the mistake
