Last transaction was receiving 5 BNB but it's not in my wallet

Last year I put some BNB in my MetaMask Wallet and when I logged in today I can see that last transaction of receiving 5 BNB. But in my wallet is only 0.0007 BNB.

I have no idea where my BNB has gone. Can anyone help me find it? Surely if it left my account there would be an outgoing transaction in my Activity?
