I have transferred USDT from Metamask KCCMainNet to a Binance wallet, however, recipient have not received any amount so far. It would be greatly appreciated if someone can assist with reinstating the transaction i.e. help me either getting back to my Metamask or Binance wallet.

Unfortunately, you cannot send tokens directly from network to network, they must be bridged first. All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible, so the USDT is not retrievable.
