MetaMask Andriod App Not Working

Hello,

Just this afternoon my MetaMask andriod app has stopped working. When i click to open the app it quickly opens then shuts. Ive reinstalled it 6 times / clear cache and data on app / restarted app and installed and reopened it using data / wifi. Unsure what else to do or is anyone else having issues like me.

I have the same issue with my MetaMask account for more than five days now I can not login as the app keep stopping. If MetaMask technical team is reading the messages here, I appeal to them to fix the hitch before anyone lose his assets.

Please reach out to MetaMask Support.

  • Visit : https://support.metamask.io/

  • Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:

  • This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
