Metamask balance fetching issue

I have balance in my metamaks account which I can see on the amoy ploygonscan but the balance is not fetched by MetaMask dues to which all my transactions are failing

As well as I tried to do transactions but the transaction I can see them complete on the polygon scan but from MetaMask its in pending stake…I have tried giving more fees nothing is helping…and its been about an hours still stuck in that stage, but same transaction i can see it completed on the polygon scan.

I have tried that…it dod not work…it just clears the activity tab then later I get a Internal JSON RPC error

Hi @isha, can you try to maybe remove/ re add the network and try clearing cache/cookies
and opening a fresh new browser instance after that? Always make sure you have your Secret Recovery Phrase, password, and if you have imported accounts their respective private keys safely stored.

Hi @Coffee7643.
Tried all of that…Then left it they way it was and almost after an entire day I was able to see my balance…but this happens very frequently and it takes too long to resolve on its own.

What browser are you using? is everything up to date? (browser and extension)

Using chrome…I have updated that and the MetaMask as well…
Although I tried with Firefox as well…I believe the MetaMask there has not be updated so getting a JSON RPC error for all kinds of transaction there
