This is the issue that i’m having. MetaMask won’t open on Firefox I get the error message below. Its been like this for almost a year now.
I dont have the seed phrase so i cant delete the wallet to reinstall

This i tried so far.

  1. Restarting
  2. Clearing cookies, cache…
  3. Updating Firefox and MetaMask Wallet
  4. Changing location via VPN

nothing has worked.

Please reach out to MetaMask Support.

  • This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
