I can restore the account I don’t remember the seed phase but I remember the password I accidentally restored another account to the one I had installed and with the password I got in so it no longer lets me log in with the password if I lost everything or what needs to be done.

If you do not have the seed phrase to your wallet, the only way to try to still gain access to it is with the vault decryptor.
If you have created a new wallet since deleting your old wallet, unfortunately the vault decryptor will not work.
