MetaMask showing default names instead of names i’ve set
But when you connect to an app they show normally
When you click account details name appears too
I use MetaMask chrome ext on chrome (windows pc)
It it my browser or a bug?

Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:
- This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.
Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.

I solved it by clicking on account details and modifying the name and validating
Names was still here so it worked.

The same problem mentioned here is happening with my wallet. Wallet names are showing as default account names, but when I type in the wallet name it previously had in “Search Accounts” it will find the account but still not show the name. The solution above does not work for me and as well I’ve tried several different browsers and turning off ad block but the “Start a Conversation” bubble does not work. Please help!

I was able to speak to an agent but the issue wasn’t resolved unfortunately

Yes, I’m currently speaking to someone via support trying to figure out the issue
I was able to find the old names by downloading statelogs.
