Good afternoon I made a transaction of BNB exchanges for Moni 6 days ago but the same had been pending limit but the BSCSCAN is successful, but I did not receive the tokens in the Monsta Infinite wallet or Metamask, I do not know what happened someone can give me a help?

You will need to add the custom token to your MetaMask wallet. You can read how to do so here and here.
