My transaction is confirmed however there is no transaction ID associated with it. There is #0 where the transaction ID should reflect.
Now the tokens are still hanging somewhere and I cannot even track them.

It’s best to check the block explorer with your wallet address on the respective network you’re having this issue. Onchain is your source of truth and information in regard to what happened with your tokens.
