And I don’t know Arabic. What do I do?

You have to write the password 
I never set up a password for this account and now it asks me for it and I don’t know how to reset

you have MetaMask seed?
Try your MetaMask seed in another browser.

If you are trying to install Metamask and it comes out in another language, click the right mouse button and translate to English. Hope this helps.

We recommend restoring on a different browser or device first to ensure your secret recovery phrase is correct (keep this safe by all means).
