Need help please, keep paying Gass fees but transaction failing

Hi i am trying to send some USDT from MetaMask to my Ledger but the transaction keeps failing, I am sending it to my Eth address on my Nano and ipI have tried the transaction at least 5 times and it fails never experienced this before. I have chosen fast, normal and slow and they all failed I am confused.

PS in the past I have always accepted the normal/fast gass fee recommended by MetaMask so don’t know why things are different, please help.

I have the same problem with USDC withdrawal.
I also tried to pay different gas fees (fast, medium and slow) Nothing happens, but the transaction fee is deducted.
Please tell me how can I withdraw USDC and what is the problem?
