Need Help with chrome extension and android app

Last night i transfer some funds from Coinbase to my MetaMask wallet…
well my funds show up in my Android app , But wen i get on my lap top and open it up i use the chrome extension and my wallet shows a 0$ balance But in Activity it shows my receiving money from Coinbase… And YES my address ARE BOTH THE SAME
