New address detected while swapping

Hi,

I would like of someone can clarify this and sort out this issue
I did many swaps before via pancake swap and things went fine.

since 3 days now, whenever I want to swap, before confirming, a message pop out saying
( new address detected ). in the first time I approved as u used to swap many time while my wallet is connected to pancake swap and I lost my BNB on that transaction.

now whenever I want to swap I still see this message showing and I can’t swap as I know it will go to another address.

I formatted my laptop and still I can see this message pop out while swapping.

how I can sort this out so I can swap normally

I have seen many others talking about this issue but yet no solution can be found

I do appreciate your support to sort this out for me

I can screenshot the issue if the admins allow me load an attachment
