No activity showing up in Polygon Mainet

I sent 400 Matic from cryptocom to my MetaMask Wallet via Polygon Mainet

Cryptocom shows transaction success but in MetaMask within Polygon Mainet/Matic token there is no sign of this activity or of any activity

I cant remember how many matic i had in already in my wallet so im not sure if the transaction has gone through

Is there anyway for me to tell?
