Omi sent to metamask not received

Hi all need help

I advised my friend to use metamask wallet to keep his OMI Safely. He used this contract address 0x402413e4b175f08cef46eb1eee7e9eba50daeb6f And it came as OMI ( he didn’t change network to gochain) and he transferred 50000 coins to that address. It’s been more than 12 hrs he didn’t receive it and in status it shows success. Please help
