had some bnb coins. i used pancake swap to convert them to eth then i had eth as one of my assets. i then tried to send those converted eth to a remitano address. this is 4hours since that transaction and nothing has reflected in the remitano wallet

If you see it as a confirmed transaction on bscscan, then we recommend reaching out to remitano’s support regarding this. You can reference your transaction hash as the proof of transaction.
