Find the oldest pending transaction and then follow the instructions found here:
https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489251-How-to-Speed-Up-or-Cancel-a-Pending-Transaction or simply wait for them to confirm.
Only one transaction will confirm per nonce, so if you have multiple with the same nonce, you can assume the one with the highest gas limit set will confirm and the others will not.
If you can’t see cancel/speed up in activity section, try method 2 custom nonce to cancel
