Probleme with transaction

Hello , i have alredy 3 weeks problem with 1 transaction (

i alredy try meny times to do new transaction with the same nonce and give more gas but nothing no change in MM, how i can fix this probleme
olso that to do what show me in MM if i press to do fastest transaction
