Protecting IPs from RPCs

Hello,

I just want to know more about how RPCs works and how we can safely protect our IP from potential collection from RPCs

Is a good VPN browser extension enough ? Or can the IP be viewed at a higher level than the browser level ?

From my personal knowledge, using a VPN should be sufficient.

Thanks for your answer. I knew that MetaMask just routing our IP to the RPC

But I would prefer that my real IP is not routed, just for peace of mind

That’s why I asked this question

I understand friend. In that case you can use a VPN to hide your personal IP. Hope that answers your question.
