Hi - I am looking to create payment link for $20 USDT that people can click and pay me. No other amounts or currencies should be allowed. How do I do this in the latest MetaMask version since I don’t see a Recieve option that previously existed?

As far as I know, MetaMask does not have this function you mentioned. Some third-party dapps may have it.
