Reporting a Bug to Metamask Support

If you think you’ve encountered a bug, we encourage you to write in via Zendesk and report it to us.

Some helpful items to include in your email:

Metamask version, OS and version, device
Steps to reproduce in as much detail as possible

Logs:

The more detail you can provide, the better! It really helps us in terms of getting these issues documented, reported, and fixed!

I have probably found a bug. How can I report it to the MetaMask team?

If you report on GitHub, also let our support team know by giving them the GH request #. You can share this with them at support.metamask.io, choose ‘Start a Conversation’ and it will connect you to start the process of opening a ticket.
