I am an Android mobile phone user. I installed MetaMask on my phone and bought an NFT and had it, but I found that the MetaMask program was deleted, and I did not take notes of the secret recovery text when installing it, so I am currently unable to recover my wallet.
When will the recovery program for Android phones be developed and posted?

If you are referring to this article How to recover your Secret Recovery Phrase | MetaMask Help Center 🦊♥️ Vault recovery on Android and iOS mobile devices is not currently possible.
Also unfortunately this would not work if you uninstalled the app in the meantime so there’s not much you can do in this case I’m afraid.
We urge you strongly to make sure that you always backup your Secret Recovery Phrase, and any manually imported private keys, so this never happens again.

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do in this case I’m afraid unless you find or remember the Secret Recovery Phrase of that wallet. It asks you to safely store the Secret Recovery Phrase when you create the wallet to avoid situations like this one. MetaMask is a self-custodial wallet and I’m afraid that in your situation there’s not much you can do. I feel compassionate for the unfortunate situation.
You will have to wait until vault recovery becomes available on Android (if it ever does)
