restore wallet when I have more than one account

Can I restore an account2 or 3 … with the seed phrase?

Suppose I installed Metamask on a computer, I created account 2, I put tokens there, and then my computer blew up.

When installing Metamask on another device I will put the seed phrase to restore, but this will only restore account 1.

Can account 2 be restored somehow?
