Sent coins to the BSC network to my ETH address

I was sending some funds to my ETH wallet from Binance but somehow something and went to the BSC network and not the ETH wallet somehow the address was correct or can i retrieve this as support is taking for ever

How long does support take to deal with support tickets and if they are ant support agents that monitor the forum?

Any help would be appreciated

Yes I am in a bit of a pickle I need BNB to swap my BSC-eth to ETH the small payment to bridge it but i can add the bnb LOL going round in circles
