Sent USDT to BSC instead of BNB. Please Help

Hello,

I accidentally sent some USDT from my Binance account to my Metamask wallet but on the BSC address. I was supposed to send BNB.

Is there any way I can recover the USDT if it might be in my wallet?

Pretty desperate. Please help
