When you say you sent you interacted with a scammer, did they gain access to your wallet and take anything? If not, I would suggest getting a brand new wallet and sending your assets there.
Remember, nobody, not even MetaMask will ever ask for your secret recovery phrase. If a person, website, or pop-up ever asks for it, run.
Also good practice to exercise revoking permissions from time to time. Please note, if you’ve signed a malicious contract this may not prevent an attack.
