Sorry to hear this. Can you please reach out to our live support so they can gather info on this? Go to support.metamask.io > choose Start a Conversation (image below)> answer a few questions from the chatbot and you will get connected to live support.
Support will never ask you for your Secret Recovery Phrase or for you to share your screen.
