Unable to acces dapps

first of I have cleared my cache, restarted my browser, computer, log in log out, switch chains, updated latest version, disconnect the dapp and connect it manually, nothing…

when I try to access any dapp MM extension will show connected to the site, yet the site will not work. I would log out of MM and enter dapp and try to connect, MM extension would not pop up and prompt me to provide my password. When inside dapp I would click connect wallet nothing happens or error connecting to the wallet.

Open a ticket does not exist on metamask.zendesk.com.

Also - to do live chat you have to follow these steps and click “start a conversation” on Zendesk -

please submit a ticket to our support team at
https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and click Start a Conversation

A live chat box window will then automatically appear on your screen where you may contact the support team

Issue has been google account, had to sing out and back in, it’s a first.
