You do not have enough BNB in your wallet to do the transaction. The amount needed exceeds your current amount of BNB.

Yes. Not enough BNB for gas fees.

I changed APT to USDT. There are 2 transactions. If I now repeat the exchange again, will it be ā€œApproveā€ again? Or not already, only the exchange will be repeated?

I believe you already approved the tokens to be used to exchange them, so it should only be 1 transaction, the swap. But you still need more BNB for fees, no matter what. At least 10-15$ of BNB in your MetaMask to have for transactions over time.
